what Lyme feels like to me

Over the past three years I've felt embarrassed to be alive, I've been shunned by some and accepted by others.

The things that were most important for me to learn are.

1. Life is hard but God is always there.

2. Mental strength trumps physical strength. I'd rather be weak then have major mental problems.

3. Lyme is beatable!

4. Stay on your diet!

5. Helping others is one of the things that tells you that you're not alone.

6. And lastly having Lyme will make you know that you can beat anything with God.

I hope that this post will help you see that you were not, are not and will never be alone in your struggles!

Couden protocolS

First there is a movie called "under the eightball" about where Lyme came from and lot's of stuff I didn't know. The movie is $18 but it's a worth while Investment.
you can buy it here " https://m.facebook.com/pages/Under-The-Eightball/114474081915390

About a month ago I started the Cowden protocol.  I'm finally ready to share my experiences.

If your doctor perscribes the protocol to you as the first patient your first month is free.

As I said it's been a month since I started.  At the beginning I felt worse (herxing) but now I feel more balance then before, more awake and an over all feeling of actually doing something about my Lyme.  It''s only been two years but I feel like this is the protocol that will heal me.

I probobly haven't shared my story on this blog so here it is.
I'm 21 and over two years ago I started working at a national park (in the kitchen).
I had to eat what was for breakfast, lunch and dinner, it was all filled with white flour, sugar, GMO vegetables and overall bad quality food but I had to eat it since there were no other options.

Before going to work at the park I ate all organic food, small amounts of sugar and raw milk which is why the Lyme wasn't affecting me till I started eating large amounts of sugar.

What I've been able to acomplish.
I started a parkour group (it now has 31 members), I couldn't do much but I taught a few people how to do it safely and ignore their fears, I also started making jewelry from leather and other materials (manly style), I've also been studying business (I couldn't go to college since it was to strenious) so I did it all on my own.

Hope everybody with Lyme gets better!

Update on new protocol

So the first day I felt great the second fine and the third I took a nap the middle of the day for three hours.  I feel great again and have added diatamatious earth to the protocol
(so the heavy metals will be extruded(dead Lyme)).  I'll keep updating you on the progress.

New cure I've tested, that WORKS!

Taking this procedure in the morning and before bed: half a teaspoon each of dried cayenne, ginger and garlic all mixed with half a glass of raw milk to take the spiciness away.

Effects after two days: My hand doesn't tremble as bad, my balance is mostly stable and I feel awake!

Today I've taken also taken half a tablespoon of Himalayan salt and vitamin C, stay tuned for more tomorrow!

routine

I'm using a lot of herbs and raw cow milk (A2 when available).

Morning: I take a tablespoon of Himalayan salt and half a tablespoon of vitamin C, (for energy and blood circulation), a teaspoon of tumeric powder (cleans the blood among others), one pump of neuro biologix neuro-immune stabilizer topical cream (brain regeneration and preservation), one capsule methyl folate plus, neem leaves powder (melts some of the biofilm), cordycepts and other mushrooms blend one tablespoon, I use to get angry and stressed(chemical imbalances in the brain) so I take 4 tea pills three times a day "an shen bu xin", I take guarana pills for energy when I need it from source naturals.  I will also be taking a tablespoon of cayenne pepper with some ginger powder, strong garlic pills and milk to keep it from melting my stomach.  and at the end of every dose I use diatamatous earth to get rid of the heavy metals (dead Lyme).  I always drink a glass of vegetable juice alon with some of the dryed stuff to make it work.
Himalayan salt is the purest in the world so you don't need to worry about the bleach and other stuff that would make it unhealthy, goat milk is superior to cow milk because it has smaller molecules for better digestion (think about how large the young cow is).  Avoid honey, it kills bacteria but is also a sugar so when I was using it as a medicine I got other symptoms.

I'm getting better but It's a slow process, if you have a lot of money to spend have your blood passed through an ozone machine (kills Lyme in your blood and gets into other parts of your body to kill Lyme).
If you have any questions just write and I will answer them

This is just my morning routine.
