This is what I'm going to stick with

A family in Australia have eaten nothing but bone broth for 10 years and after being tested they were not deficient in any nutrient.
I've been off of dairy and gluten for a week and then I broke and had both. I could tell it was the dairy so I had a bunch of grains the next day and I felt worse after so I'm quitting both until I am fully back.
The broth is made over 72 hours in a slow cooker to get all nutrients. This should be healthy meat preferably grass fed. You can mix meats. Fish, beef, chicken, pork.
Take a large d3 dose which fixes most symptoms (research amounts). Zinc and magnesium are essential.
