Prevagen is a jellyfish protein. I am on my third or fourth bottle. They say it takes about 60 days to notice improvement. So far I have noticed fewer headaches, more mental stamina for difficult tasks, improved accuracy in word usage (I was talking gibberish at one point my students thought I was joking), improved information recall on demand, etc.

This apparently was studied in groups of dementia and Alzheimer's patients. While the protein did not stop the on set or progress of mental diseases it improved quality of life and could reverse some of lack of use issues.
